Definition of Missio Dei: Mission is understood as being derived from the very nature of God. God the Father SENDING the Son, and the Father and Son SENDING the Spirit, and the Father, Son, and Spirit SENDING believers and the church into the world. This can be a year of REFRESHING, RENEWAL OF STRENGTH, VISION and OPPORTUNITIES, and a time of RESTORATION.   'm excited to host our first service of the New Year this Sunday! Many times we can unintentionally view the characters of Christmas as one-dimensional when in reality they had complex lives. Trusting God is not as clear cut as we often make it. Yet, in the midst of discomfort, opposition, and real life pressures they made room for God and for His purposes in their lives. What does it look like for us to make room for God in our busy and complex lives? Join us over the next four weeks for Make Room as we learn how, we too, can make more room for what really matters.
