After a brief intermission, I'm back on track with Season 1. In this episode, I will be sharing my 6 tips for recovery and moving on from an eating disorder. *Disclaimer: I am not at all a professional, I'm just sharing based off of my experiences and what has worked for me, so add the salt and hopefully there's something for you to take from this.

To wrap up the story of my eating disorder, this episode features the perspectives of my dad, mom, past partner and life coach on my journey. They will be sharing some tips for supporting a person one loves who may be suffering, as well as offering encouragement to speak up and reach out. The story may have reach its end, but the journey continues.
This episode takes a dive into the deep end of Season 1, which is all about Health, Body and Fitness. I will be sharing the story of my eating disorder and boy, it's not an easy or comfortable one. However, growth comes from discomfort and hardships, so I'm excited to share what lead me to who I am today, and maybe you can grow from my story too.

You will also be meeting me, your host Liv, in the best way I know how; listening to embarrassing stories about me that, at the very least, break the ice.
