When you take a look at property houses these days, the thought of wanting to own one is at once diminished. And it's worse for our millennials who have just entered the workforce with salaries that don't match the increasing cost of living. On top of that, they're probably nursing their student loan as well. How will they afford to buy a house? We asked a couple of property experts if Malaysians should change their buying mindsets to that of renting.
