Are you aware Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors discussions last year (2020) produced an ordinance implemented THIS YEAR? Deadline for compliance was extended from November 1, 2021 to January 1, 2022. During this time period the filing fee of $90 is waived. If you are a landlord or property owner (of a property you don’t physically live in), this applies to you.
