Great guide book
This book contains some useful information that would be a help for beginners to Beginning their Journey. This book is truly informative and offers a lot of tips and strategies in investing into rental property.

Some good advice, but fairly heavy handed in terms of advertising the paid blog/forum the author represents
It was okay
The book did have a lot of good points but it did not go into details such as the type of loans you could get or more examples for purchasing a rental.
