The boys, joined by Philly again, talk about how good it is to have a training partner and train with a squad. Pretty unsurprising given a lot of us grow up in team sports environments, that we enjoy having mates around for our efforts outside of sport as well. 

Because life's better with friends, and it turns out training is too.
