Are you prone to overthinking? Fin share's a useful framework for getting out of the fatigue and paralysis that comes from overthinking called the A-B-Z method. The boys go through some examples, where it can come in handy, and workarounds for where maybe it doesn't.

In Rep 36, the boys talk about losing our bro Pat recently, the grief, and looking for silver linings. Cam brings up the story of Coco, Fin brings up the story of the Glass Bowl, as well as what we learned from Pat, and the kaupapa and initiatives he started that we want to keep going. 

The outcome here is that it's good to surround yourself around your people, be honest when you need the help and that it's okay to not be okay, and another reminder that life's better with friends... and we never know what might happen, so remember to make the time and effort while you can.
