Attorneys for Donald Trump have filed a motion in court to try to postpone his Florida classified documents trial. Following this, Special Counsel Jack Smith replied with his own brief telling Judge Cannon - Trump's filing had no legal basis to postpone the trial indefinitely. Second story: House Blames FBI. During a tense hearing - the House judiciary committee led by congressman Jim Jordan accused FBI Director Chris Wray of being partisan. Are they discrediting the FBI to help Trump in the January 6th investigation? Or are they hoping to interfere with the January 6th probe because they are afraid they will be charged? Then, Fulton County DA Fani Willis has impaneled 2 grand juries in the Georgia election tampering probe. Glenn explains what a grand jury is and what the 5th Amendment says about them. He gives us a master class on how they are selected and how they decide on cases.
