The story of the Gingerbread man is a folktale that has traveled through the time for centuries unknown. In this episode, I talk about how this story is just reminiscent of that of God and humans.
We, humans, tend to misunderstand exactly what this supreme being- 'God' wants for and from us. Have you ever though to sit still and listen to what He has to say to you?
He has too much in store for you, He made you, He knows exactly what you need and when you need it.

Forget about comparing yourself with others. You can never compare your pinky to your thumb, they have different functions. The arm and the leg are appendages but have different uses.
Be who you are called to be, you are different from that girl or dude for a reason. You were born in that family for a reason.
Never try to be someone else, but your maker; God.

Time and time again we are caught in unhealthy situationships, life happens to us in the most unpleasant ways sometimes because of wrong relationships. And most times we never see it as our fault. We tend to blame others for everything bad that happens to us. We do not remember to "blame" or praise others when it goes good. We say we are self-made when it's all rosy and beautiful.
This attitude stems from the place of not loving others like ourselves. We find everything wrong with people who do not do our biddings.
But have you ever thought to understand what true love really is, and if it is truly hard to come by?

In this episode, after a very long break, I talk about how we humans harm ourselves in the bid to find pleasure. Nobody said we shouldn't have fun, but we need to be more careful with what we ingest, say, and do. We call taking some substances "Sin", but a deeper look at the act explains exactly why we should do away with them and not give excuses. Hate the act, not the person. Sin isn't the focus, Grace is.
