Please put me back into one piece. I pray that I find, embrace, and shine unconditional love for myself, and all self-hate, embarrassment, and regrets are forgiven, accepted and healed. That I stand in my own being, have my own back, and see me through the eyes of Creation. The eyes of You. Stay close to me God. Show me the way in. Thank you. Amen.”-Me

This episode I go into the process and importance of reparenting our inner child. How we get to be both our own mother and father during our healing. It may be overwhelming at times, you may feel like you have no idea how to take care of your inner child, that you are a new mom/dad… the emotions that come up, everything can be so intense.
