“Dear God, please let me love me in ways I’ve never experienced before. To meet me in my most precious and vulnerable depths. May love come to the parts of me that were deemed shameful. Please put me back into one piece. I pray that I find, embrace, and shine unconditional love for myself, and all self-hate, embarrassment, and regrets are forgiven, accepted and healed. That I stand in my own being, have my own back, and see me through the eyes of Creation. The eyes of You. Stay close to me God. Show me the way in. Thank you. Amen.”-Me
This episode I go into the process and importance of reparenting our inner child. How we get to be both our own mother and father during our healing. It may be overwhelming at times, you may feel like you have no idea how to take care of your inner child, that you are a new mom/dad… the emotions that come up, everything can be so intense. I invite you to listen and lean into them. What do they need? Can you meet them with unconditional love and acceptance? Can you love you like you’ve never been loved before? Can you see your inner child with the eyes of the universe? With the eyes of pure perfection? We all have an inner child inside of us waiting for our unconditional love, safety, and acceptance. Are ready to give that to yourself? To every part? So that you can be fully transformed, reborn, and emerge into your alchemization?

September 27, 2021 Sexual Healing

“Spider cracks across broken glass. Blood spilled. I left my body. A part of myself was taken in those moments. Request denied. With pain injected deeper inside. Did he intend to make me feel as worthless as he felt? I have tried to go back and find her. In that moment another piece separated. Sprawled on a beach, I try to revive her. Almost lifeless, eyes closed. Breathe, please breathe. And I hug her. I won’t leave you.”-Me
This episode I open with a vulnerable piece I wrote on the first time I was sexually assaulted and violated as an early adult. I go into how this is tied to The Father Wound (from my experience of not feeling safe and my subconscious beliefs on relationships that were created in childhood). When we have Father Wounds, we can attract others who mirror those wounds and relationships we had in our childhood. When we feel unsafe and not protected, that comes from the wounded masculine, we can have that belief and vibration at the subconscious level.
When we aren’t cognizant of our beliefs at that deep level, we may be exposed to others who don’t honor our sacred vessels. This episode and topic is VERY VERY SENSITIVE. The power of coming into healthy relationships where sex is respected is the reprogramming and healing of what we have not honored and was not honored in the past. I invite you to really examine your relationship with sex, be inquisitive, and see your beliefs on your body, mind, and soul. You are worthy and deserve to be treated with the outmost respect and kindness. Especially at such an intimate level. The book that I reference in this episode is called “The Body Keeps The Score,” by Bessel van der Kolk, M.D.

“As I venture back into the dark cavities of my past, my inner child resists and clings to my waist. No not there, they hurt me. Secrets not held with love and grace. Competition, envy, rage, hurt smeared through our adolescent souls. Scapegoating and attacking someone you’d call best friends, to not being sure who was alliance or foe. Chaos and drama because our homes mirrored our brokenness. No inkling of any idea what safety and connection felt like. And our mothers showed gossip as a ritual to reduce sisters to pin against one another.”-Me
This episode we go into the Sisterhood Wound which derives from the Mother Wound. I share my experiences in childhood and what friendships were like and what I found sisterhood can be later on in adulthood. Going from the mean-girl era to sacred sisterhood, understanding, and safety is what we are being guided towards in this new day and age. We can only meet people with where we have gone ourselves. I have heard many women not feeling like they can trust other women because of the pain they’ve experienced in their past with the backstabbing, gossiping, competition, and so on with the toxic masculine patriarchy we have been raised in. When we heal our wounds, we find other like-minded individuals and create new relationships that honor one another instead of separate and insecure. I invite you to this new belief of sisterhood, with hand in hand, honoring one another, holding that safe space, and the magic it can produce in our healings. “When I was 8 years old I remember I told you I felt 80 and you told me I was just really mature for my age, that I was so wise. But what had happened was I was parentified. The weight of worry lived through out my body. I didn’t know what it felt like to feel calm, relaxed, or carefree. And in my childhood I’d go to you for comfort, answers, my heart constantly struggling to survive. Yet I was met with another scared inner child who wore the suite of a mother.”-Me

We are heavily programmed and influenced from the ages of 0-8 years old, like a computer hooked up to systems of wiring. So what we see going on in our environment our subconscious mind wires in our beliefs that produces what is our known reality.
