💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I discuss: Many people have not realised that mankind is in slavery to the devil, to sin and to death. Unless a person repents and turn back to God, we face eternal separation from Him and the Son to be doomed to the Lake of Fire for all of eternity! We must be born again! And so, because humanity at large, refuses to repent and stop sinning and submit themselves to God, they are -bound as they await Final Judgment.

Those of us who have surrendered our lives to the Lord Jesus Christ in sincere repentance, have been reclaimed from the kingdom of darkness through Christ's atoning sacrifice at the cross on our behalf! WE ARE REBORN BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD! OUR PAST SINS HAVE BEEN WASHED AWAY BY THE PRECIOUS BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST!

Therefore, we will be taking a look at least 30 Things the Blood of Jesus Does – 30 Scripture Verses That Show the Powerful Effects of Jesus Shedding His Blood on our behalf. Namely, we are:

👑 No longer condemned!

👑 Justified!

👑 Able to come close to God!

👑 Forgiven!

👑 Judgment has been satisfied and we are at peace with God!

👑 Victorious over sin! ...and so much more as we will see today!

When you receive Jesus, the devil has no rights over you anymore because you are no longer his!

He can no longer treat you as his slave! When you receive Jesus, you no longer belong to sin, death and the devil. You are set free by the Son!

When He set you free, He set you free for real. The freedom He brings is a spiritual freedom, which means far more than just being set free from any natural tyranny. When you are free inside from sin and death, you are free indeed!

Jesus came to set us free! That is why the following statement Jesus made is so powerful: “Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed" (John 8:36).

He paid the necessary price to purchase our freedom. No matter what any human being thinks, we all need what Jesus did for us.

The price for buying your freedom from sin and death was the BLOOD of Jesus! "What can wash away our sins? Nothing but the blood of Jesus!" We were not REDEEMED by corruptible things, but by this precious blood of Jesus!!! Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I exhort: I've said this many times on the podcast, according to the Bible, "the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God." The first mention of not inheriting the Kingdom of God is found in Paul’s first letter to the church at Corinth. This passage lists sins that, if indulged in continuously, identify a person as not being redeemed by Christ and faces, if not repented of, eternal separation from God! Paul asked the Corinthian church: “Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God" (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).

He’s not talking about people who sin, but of people who RELISH their sin and are PROUD of it and have GIVEN themselves over to it and REFUSE to REPENT and TURN away from it! The difference between one who follows the Lord and that of one who doesn't, is the struggle against sin and the ability to overcome it. A true follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, will ALWAYS repent, will ALWAYS eventually return to God, and will ALWAYS fight the good fight of faith by crucifying their fleshly desires on a consistent, habitual, practicing basis. The Bible gives no support for the idea that a person who perpetually and unrepentantly engages in sin, can indeed be a child of God, so say 1 John 3:10, "By this the children of God and the children of the devil are clearly identified: anyone who does not practice righteousness [who does not seek God’s will in thought, action, and purpose] is not of God, nor is the one who does not [unselfishly] love his [believing] brother." Amen!

Listen, our response towards sin, is to hate it, repent of it, and forsake it. When there is a struggle with sin, by the power of the Holy Spirit who lives in us, we are able to resist and overcome sin! Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

On the Day that the Lord Jesus Christ judges the inhabited world in righteousness, He will have no mercy in throwing into the Lake of Fire those whose names are not found in His Book of Life! Humanity, by and large, who love their sin more, rejects the only One that could have saved them (see John 3:18[b]-19)! And His children are not getting away either!

💥 DON'T LOSE YOUR SOUL!!!

The Word of the Lord came to me: Thus saidth the Lord, "I knew them in their mother's womb! I called them out, but they soon returned back to the vomit - right back in shackles again - they are slaves to sin when I have already set them free. They went back into bondage willingly! Willingly did they choose to disobey My very commands! Wayward children are disobedient, difficult and obstinate! I don't want to judge them but I will, and will have no mercy in doing so because they had My Word daughter and they, in a decisive act, chose to disobey My very Word that brought them out of bondage! Woe, woe, woe for the obstinate and rebellious ones. Woe, woe, woe, thus saith the Lord! Amen! (May 31, 2023 @ 6:09 am CST).

The question becomes, "Why do people reject Jesus as their Savior?"

The decision to accept or reject Jesus as Savior is the ultimate life decision. Why do many people choose to reject Jesus as Savior? There are perhaps as many different reasons for rejecting Christ as there are people who reject Him, but the following four reasons can serve as general categories:

1) Some people do not think they need a Savior.

2) The fear of social rejection or persecution deters some people from receiving Christ as Savior.

3) For some people, the things that the present world has to offer are more appealing than eternal things.

4) Many people are simply resisting the Holy Spirit’s attempts to draw them to faith in Christ.

Whatever the reasons why people reject Jesus Christ, their rejection has disastrous eternal consequences!! “There is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved” than the name of Jesus (Acts 4:12), and those who reject Him, for whatever reason, face an eternity in the “outer darkness” of where there will be “weeping and gnashing of teeth” (Matthew 25:30) AS THEY AWAIT THE FINAL JUDGMENT!!! Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

Praise God that our "old man" (the sinful nature, without the Holy Spirit, spiritually dead and separated from God because of our transgressions and sins) has died; and we put on the "new man" (the born-again regenerated nature, reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, sanctified) who is alive in Christ Jesus, zealous to do good works in His Name!! That's the flavor of today's episode!

Romans 6:4, "...just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory and power of the Father, we too might walk habitually in 👉🏾newness of life [abandoning our old ways]." Amen!

Beloved, have you ever said, "If only I could have a do-over?" Have you ever said, "If I get a chance to do it all over again, I'll do it differently?" Huh? I know for me, I've said that many times, ...many, many, many times! And sadly in this present evil age, not many times, if ever, do we have the opportunity to have a "Do-Over!" But guess what? God, our Heavenly Father, has given humanity a chance to have a "do-over!" The BIGGEST Do-Over EVER!!! In Christ, we can be born-again (renewed & sanctified)! As Lord Jesus said in John 3:3, in order for one to inherit the Kingdom of God, "you must be born again."

WE HAVE BEEN REGENERATED AND MADE ANEW! THEREFORE, WE ABANDON ALL OF OUR OLD WICKED WAYS AND HABITS THAT OFFENDED GOD AND LIVE A LIFE OF APPRECIATION AND GRATITUDE FOR OUR SALVATION!

We now walk in righteousness, holiness and sanctification. You have been washed [by the atoning sacrifice of Christ], you were sanctified [set apart for God, and made holy], you were justified [declared free of guilt] in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the [Holy] Spirit of our God [the source of the believer’s new life and changed behavior]." Amen! Glory to God! We are forbidden to live by our old ways of living that was encrusted in sin! IT'S A NEW DAY BELOVED, IT'S A NEW SEASON, A FRESH ANOINTING IS COMING YOUR WAY!! 💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I elaborate: my hostile encounter with an adulteress who confronted me while out evangelizing on this very topic! When I gave her the Word of the Lord on divorce and remarriage, she claims that cannot be true because the "Bible was written by men," therefore, thus, trying to delegitimize the authority of the sovereign Word of God that obviously convicted her! This adulteress also stated that God loves her even while in this sin. Not only that, but she blasphemed the Word of God as she strolled arm in arm with her illicit sexual partner, because that's not her husband, regardless of her claim! The Bible makes it clear (lest we become deceived and end up in a burning ):

📣 IF YOU REMARRY AND YOUR COVENANT SPOUSE (1ST SPOUSE) IS STILL ALIVE, LORD JESUS SAYS YOU ARE COMMITTING ADULTERY! AND NO ADULTERER WILL INHERIT GOD'S KINGDOM (STUDY 1 COR. 6:9-10, REV. 21:8, GAL. 5:19).

MARRIAGE IS FOR LIFE - ONLY DEATH ENDS THE COVENANT VOW!

Proverbs 30:20 paint an illustration of an adulterous woman who sees nothing wrong in what she is doing!!

"Such is the way of an adulterous woman; she eateth, and wipeth her mouth, and saith, I have done no wickedness." The wiping of her mouth does not involve a napkin – it is the covering of her tracks to avoid detection! The Lord already defined both "adultery" and "fornication" perfectly in Matthew 5:31-32 and Matthew 19:9.

Make no mistake, the remarriage after divorce is the "adultery!" That much, He made PERFECTLY clear in both verses. If additional clarification is required, these Scriptures are there to help:

Matthew 5:32, "But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery."

Mark 10:11-12, "And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. 12 And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery."

Luke 16:18, "Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery."

Romans 7:2-3, "2 For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. 3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man."

1 Corinthians 7:10-11, "And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband: 11 But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.

v.39 "The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord." Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I exhort from a previous episode on this same topic: The way to eternal life is paved in obedience to Christ Jesus! It is straight and it is narrow and a few will find it! Beloved, it's really not hard to understand the reality that Eternity only offers humanity two destinations: Heaven or ! Either we live a life of repentance and submission to the One who laid down His perfect sinless life in sacrificial fashion on our behalf so we don't face the coming wrath of God, or we live a life outside of the will of God, being enslaved by sin, being a child of disobedience, on the way straight to a burning as we await Final Judgment. Where Jesus, who has been appointed Judge by the Father, will judge the inhabited world in righteousness. And He would tell many deceived "Christians" that chose to live a life of blatant sin, while professing His Name and doing mighty works in His Name, to depart from Him, for He never knew them! They were workers of iniquity! (study Matthew 7:21-23)!

🚨 Beloved, be not deceived, without living a holy life, you and I will not be going to Heaven! Jesus Christ did not die and suffer so we can continue to live unrighteous, unholy, unclean lives! Many times Paul exhorted the Body that the "Those Who Practice Such Things Will Not Inherit the Kingdom of God!" Study (Gal. 5:19-21; Eph. 5:5; 1 Cor. 6:9-11). We must be fully prepared to enter Eternity to meet Jesus, the King of Glory! One way or the other, Judgment will be pronounced!

Our HATRED for sin must become greater as we spiritually mature. The hallmark of a true Jesus follower, is the decreasing presence of sin in his/her life! By the power of the Holy Spirit who lives in us, we are able to resist AND overcome sin! Our Lord and Savior gave us the key about who will inherit the Kingdom of God:

👉🏾"He who overcomes [the world by adhering faithfully to Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior] will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son" (Revelation 21:7). In the very next verse, He tells us who will not inherit the Kingdom of God:

👉🏾"But as for the cowards and unbelieving and abominable [who are devoid of character and personal integrity and practice or tolerate immorality], and murderers, and sorcerers [with intoxicating drugs], and idolaters and occultists [who practice and teach false religions], and all the liars [who knowingly deceive and twist truth], their part will be in the lake that blazes with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

The Bible says, "By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the Lord men depart from evil" (Proverbs 16:6) Amen! When one “fears” God, he holds God in high esteem, standing in awe of the Almighty! One who genuinely fears the Lord, will have a desire and willingness to submit to what He says to do. Again, amen!!

Beloved, as I'm journeying through my faith and coming upon the brethren, I don't see a whole lot of fearing the Lord like we ought to. Not only is there a lack of respect for His Name, sovereignty and authority, but some ignorantly believe that God is not a God of wrath, justice, and righteous who will most CERTAINLY punish the unrighteous, but only as a "pushover" God, doling out blessings and prosperity regardless of reckless disobedience! This is why we see the gospel being watered down! This is why we see most "professing Christians" having a laid back cavalier attitude towards holiness and righteous living! They live a life of lukewarmness, maliciousness, wickedness, rebellion and disobedience, all the while, using grace as a cover-up to somehow "legitimize" their sin! But those of us who understand the ramification and consequence of willful sin and living a lifestyle of iniquity: (everlasting fiery destruction and eternal separation from God and the Lord Jesus Christ), know God is not playing with that Lake of Fire!

That is why we will be looking at the book of Proverbs (the book of wisdom) today, showing us that fearing the Lord is the principal thing! We will also be looking at Scriptures describing the terrifying events of the Day of the Lord, for the wrath of God and the Lamb is fastly approaching! We who are truly born again, we live a life of constant examination of our lives with a healthy dose of fearing the Lord! As Lord Jesus warns, "And fear not them that kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul; but rather fear Him that is able to destroy both soul and body in ." (Matthew 10:28). Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I exhort: Many claim and confess that Christ Jesus is their Lord and Savior, but will He claim and confess that you are His on Judgment Day before the Father?? Will He acknowledge you as one of His own? The acid test that will back up any claim of confession for Christ one may have, is if they are keeping and obeying His commandments! He tells us in John 14:15, "If you [really] love Me, you will keep and obey My commandments." Confessing Christ will do you no good on the Day of Judgment, if you have not obeyed any of His commandments! Because Lord Jesus tells us in Matthew 7:21 that many will say to Him on that Day when He judges the inhabited world in righteousness, Lord, Lord... And we all know what He tells these pretenders! 😱

Bearing this in mind, our text of Scripture for today is found in Matthew 10:32-33:

“Therefore, the one who confesses and acknowledges Me before men [as Lord and Savior, affirming a state of oneness with Me], that one I will also confess and acknowledge before My Father who is in heaven. 33 But the one who denies and rejects Me before men, that one I will also deny and reject before My Father who is in heaven." Amen!

Christ Jesus speaks here about a Day so momentous that it will outshine any other day of your life! One Day you will stand in the presence of God. On that Day you will see the Son of God, and you will hear His voice. He will speak to you. The Son of God will say one of two things. Either He will confess you, or He will disown you! So we better make sure that our confession for Christ results in producing fruit (of righteousness) in keeping with our repentance, and not in disobedience and hypocrisy! No one will want to hear, "Depart from me, you workers of iniquity!" Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I expound: Mark 8:36-37: "For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?"

For me, this may just be one of Christ Jesus' most sobering and frightening statements! This absolutely should keep us all reminded that if we want this pagan, satanic, hedonistic "world" and all the things in it: "the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life" (study 1John 2:15 -17), and reject Jesus as Lord and Savior, we will ALL PERISH! We ought not to forfeit what Christ has done for us: paying our sin debt in full through His atoning sacrifice on the cross (suffering a torturous, painful, and humiliating crucifixion), whereby, incurring God's wrath in our stead! He has saved us from the wrath to come that was deservingly headed our way!

So what does it mean to gain the whole world, but lose your soul? To gain the whole world, is to receive all the world has to offer—money, fame, pleasure, power, prestige, etc. To lose one’s soul, is to die without a right relationship with Christ and spend eternity in the Lake of Fire! Lord Jesus says that in order to truly become His disciple, one must be willing to “deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me” (Matthew 16:24). To take up one’s cross, is a reference to being condemned to die. Jesus’ statement is symbolic of a total, final commitment! His call to “take up your cross and follow Me” serves to screen out the disingenuous, double-minded, and the counterfeiting pretender!

He requires that we count the cost before committing to following Him, because in following Him, we must give up everything and die (to the "flesh") in the process...and not look back! "But Jesus said to him, “No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back [to the things left behind] is fit for the kingdom of God.” Luke 9:62. Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

Christ Jesus died so that our past sins can be forgiven and, therefore, God's wrath is no longer upon us! Going forward we obey Lord Jesus' commanded found in John 8:11 to, "Go, and sin no more." BUT a life lived in DELIBERATE BLATANT sin, does not lead to salvation and nothing in the Bible remotely suggests that it would. God has NEVER and won't EVER be happy with rebellion and blasphemy among His born-again children!!

📌 We are saved by the grace of God and by grace alone, the Bible is extremely clear on this, but many professing Christians seem to not understand grace or what it means to follow Jesus, and this is why they ask: "Why can’t they just live however they want and still be saved?" If you are being been saved, it is because you have given your heart and life to God, and a heart and life that has been given to Him, desires the things of Him and does not desire to sin! PERIOD!!

💥 STAY OUT OF SIN AND BE READY TO MEET JESUS!

Paul who was called to be an apostle by the Lord Jesus Christ and under the leading and influence of the Holy Spirit, teaches us in the New Testament what will disqualify us from inheriting the Kingdom of God. And we would all do well to study those epistles so that we don't find ourselves pictured in Matthew 22:1-14! In verses 13-14, Lord Jesus states, “13 Then said the king to the servants, bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.14 For many are called, but few are chosen." Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!
