Because, as James tells us in 2:17, that faith without works is dead! No! I'm talking about WHAT will testify against you on the Day of Judgment! It will be those things, done by you, which were recorded in Heaven in "the books," again, whether good or bad. (1 Peter 1:17) "If you address as Father the One who impartially judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves in fear during the time of your stay on earth."

(Revelation 20:12) "And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in the books, according to their deeds." 👉🏾See what I'm saying?! Both sinner and saint will stand before King Jesus to give an account for the life they've lived while in the body, either good or bad! So on today's podcast, I'm answering: Why I teach and preach on repentance and on the coming of God's fiery wrath, ALL THE TIME!

Well, my reason is found right here in this verse: “For behold, the day is coming, burning like a furnace, and all the arrogant (proud, self-righteous, haughty), and every evildoer shall be stubble; and the day that is coming shall set them on fire,” says the Lord of hosts, “so that it will leave them neither root nor branch" (Malachi 4:1)...THAT'S WHY! And not only that verse, but this one: "For it is the time [destined] for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not respect or believe or obey the gospel of God?" (1 Peter 4:27). And lastly, Revelation 20:12, 13(b): "And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the Book of Life; and the dead were judged according to what they had done as written in the books [that is, everything done while on earth]"..."and they were judged and sentenced, every one according to their deeds."

The biblical truth: A time is coming when every responsible person, on the basis of his or her actions, thoughts, and attitudes will meet the FINAL JUDGMENT of God, either as eternal life or as wrath and fury! On what basis will the Final Judgment be made? Paul sums it up in Romans 2:6, "God will render to every man according to his deeds." But wait a minute you may say, "I thought we were saved by grace, through faith, and not by works?" That is true! But your works demonstrates where you are in your faith or unbelief. Are you living godly or ungodly? Your deeds/ways will be the evidence, of which, you will stand accountable, again, either good or bad.

In other words, how you live your life, all of your ways, thoughts, deeds, and all the fruit of your doings, will serve as a witness and evidence on Judgment Day, testifying against either your unbelief or your genuine faith!

James in Chapter 2, talks about Faith and Works:

"What is the benefit, my fellow believers, if someone claims to have faith but has no [good] works [as evidence]? Can that [kind of] faith save him? [No, a mere claim of faith is not sufficient—genuine faith produces good works] (v.14). And here: "17 So too, faith, if it does not have works [to back it up], is by itself dead [inoperative and ineffective].18 But someone may say, “You [claim to] have faith and I have [good] works; show me your [alleged] faith without the works [if you can], and I will show you my faith by my works [that is, by what I do].” Amen!

Therefore, there is no contradiction. We know that we are saved by God's amazing grace, through our faith in Lord Jesus, and that there was nothing WE could have done (works) to have been made justified. On the same token, John the Baptist tells us in Matthew 3:8, "So produce fruit that is consistent with repentance." Amen! For the Lord Jesus Christ did say in Revelation 22:12, “Behold, I (Jesus) am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to each one according to the merit of his deeds (earthly works, faithfulness)." In this tale, you will hear how I expressed to her and held my ground, that we worship no one but the TRUE and LIVING God. But she was insistent, and rather aggressive and dogmatic, that praying to Mary is necessary because she: (1) Is "Blessed among all women." (2) Is our great intercessor and that (3) It is only through Mary, that Jesus answers our prayers. Apparently, according to Catholicism, Mary is the "end all, that be all," worthy of high exaltation & praise, and that Heaven waits with bated breath for her intercessions on behalf of the people! That without Mary, the Lord Jesus would never receive our prayers! This is one of the many false doctrines the Roman Catholic "pagan" Church carries and they are dogmatic and ritualistic in their approach and they need to repent and come out of this synagogue of Satan! Do not be deceived by any religion/person that pulls you away from the all-sufficient sacrifice of Christ Jesus! Christ Jesus is the ONLY go-between man and Holy God, not Mary, who needed a Savior as well!

The Bible is absolutely clear that we are to worship God alone. The only instances of anyone other than God receiving worship in the Bible, are false gods, which are Satan and his demons. We are NEVER commanded to worship anything in Heaven, on earth or under the earth! We don't go to the dead to get our prayers answered! That is idolatry and if left unrepented, it will send you straight to the Lake of Fire! 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, tells us that no idolater will inherit the Kingdom of God!

So we will be taking a look at some of the false doctrines in Catholicism and how we need to avoid this "empty philosophy" and "high-sound nonsense," as Colossians 2:8 instructs. We worship God, our Heavenly Father. Roman Catholics attempt to “bypass” this clear Scriptural principle by claiming they do not “worship” Mary or saints, but rather that they only “venerate” Mary and the saints. Using a different word does not change the essence of what is being done - IDOLATRY. A definition of “venerate” is “to regard with respect or reverence.” Again, NOWHERE in the Bible, are we told to revere anyone but God alone! Any time we ascribe something that belongs to God to someone else, is BLATANT IDOLATRY. Make no mistake! Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

Don't get hung up on the pleasures and treasures of this Babylonian, Luciferian, Christ-rejecting, God-denying world. Unbelieving evildoers hates Jesus! And we know from Scripture that: "Among them the god of this world [Satan] has blinded the minds of the unbelieving to prevent them from seeing the illuminating light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God" (2 Corinthians 4:4). The Bible tells us that all that is in the world, is the "lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life." These things are not from the Father, but are from this world! Sufficed to say, we are told not to love this world! For, "Friendship with the world is enmity with God!" So don't get caught up here! We are to remain faithful to Lord Jesus until the end. We are to be obedient to our Heavenly Father, and allow the Holy Spirit to guide us, to teach us, and to steer us on the narrow path that leads to eternal life.

So in the meantime, in between time, we reject ungodliness and worldly immoral desires and live sensible, upright, and godly lives, as we await with confidence the blessed hope and the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who willingly gave Himself to be crucified on our behalf. He redeemed us and purchased our freedom from all wickedness (study Titus 2:15 - 3:3-8). We are soldiers in the army of the Lord! Our Commander-Chief, the Lord Jesus Christ, has given us a command in John 8:11 - "Go, and sin no more." So, we don't have any business getting caught up in the affairs of this world, i.e., politics, protests of social injustice, railings against any trending "controversy" of the month, and whatever else that would take our focus off our Lord and Savior. We are on a mission and we must stay focused and remain faithful to our Lord! Therefore, as 2 Timothy 2:4 points out: "No soldier in active service gets entangled in the [ordinary business] affairs of civilian life; [he avoids them] so that he may please the one who enlisted him to serve." Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

The answer is NO! Namely, The Law of Moses was not given to the Gentiles. It was given to ancient Israel, as we will see from Scripture.

Beloved, do not allow these charlatans in the pulpit to brow-beat and intimidate you with twisted Scriptures into giving God money (10%) to receive a "blessing" and His favor "upon your life!" That "blessing" will never come! Our blessing comes from the fact that Christ Jesus died in our place on the cross! That's a true blessing: that we're no longer -bound and face God's wrath because of our sins!

The false doctrine of Tithing and "sowing money seed" is prevalent in these modern apostate churches! False pastors and teachers and preachers love this pet doctrine! Why? It provides a way for them to continue in the building of their Pharaoh empires! The lifestyles of these apostates are just like their secular counterparts: SELF-INDULGED & IDOLATROUS! Don't give them another penny! We give money to the local church/ministries, who preach and teach the full counsel of God, with a willing and cheerful heart and not under requirement or compulsion or the threat that we are under "God's curse" if we don't tithe!

Let us never forget: "Christ Jesus redeemed us from the curse that has been brought through the law by becoming a curse for us (Galatians 3:13)." Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back God!

Jesus said in Matthew 24:11, "Many false prophets will come and cause many people to believe lies." The problem is that we are allowing ourselves to be deceived, bamboozled, and hoodwinked by charlatans in the pulpit who think that "church" is a money-making lucrative business to get paid and to help out their fellow cronies of wickedness; duping the people out of millions of dollars - peddling them the "gospel" - when it's supposed to be for free! Paul says in Romans 13:11-14, "... that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed." WE NEED TO WAKE UP and smell the getting of filthy lucre for what it is - CHURCH CORRUPTION! WHY? "Then we will no longer be babies. We will not be tossed about like a ship that the waves carry one way and then another. We will not be influenced by every new teaching we hear from people who are trying to fool us. They make plans and try any kind of trick to fool people into following the wrong path." (Ephesians 4:14) THAT'S WHY! Amen! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

In a word, to be lascivious, is to be lustful. To give it a four-letter word, it means "!" It's feeling lust, showing lust, causing lust!

It seems that in today's modern fashion culture, you can't pay a woman or man to put some clothes on! Everybody is naked, from the young to the old! It is ridiculous the amount of flesh that is being paraded around in the streets of America and around the world! The revealing of skin is at an all-time high! Let us not be mistaken no whoremonger or harlot will inherit the Kingdom of God! If both men and women do not repent from the sin of lasciviousness, they will go to ! Don't let the booty send you to 's fire! So I want to talk about all the nakedness that is going on today, for it is rampant!

Heed Jesus' warning: "But I say to you that everyone who [so much as] looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart" (Matthew 5:28) AMP.

BELOVED, we are called to dress in modest apparel and not idolize God's creation (in this case, our bodies, our physical appearance)! Let us remember and NEVER forget: "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death" (Revelation 21:8). Amen!

It is not the "one" who still loves this present evil world. It is not the "one" who confesses Christ, but never turns from sin - who has never put on the "new man!" It is not the "one" who consistently takes God's grace as a license to sin! I'm not talking about the "one" who takes God's authority as a joke! I'm not talking about the hypocritical backslidden "Christian" who believes in the false doctrine of once saved/always saved. Who believe they can live their lives any kind of way, and still get to go to Heaven anyway! I'm not talking about the "one" who believes they are in right standing with the Father and have fellowship with Jesus, all the while, they do not follow any of His commands! For they are greatly deceived when they say, "I know God," but then don't obey God! No, I'm talking about THOSE who have sincerely repented of their sins. Who fully understands what Christ has done for THEM at the cross. I'm talking about the one who lives as Titus 2:11-14 describes.

That's the one I'm talking about who will not face God's wrath, but actually have eternal life! So today, we are going to be looking at the book of Romans, namely chapter 5 and chapter 6! It is to my great delight and pleasure that I get to teach these two chapters today!

🎯 Romans 5 begins by describing some of the benefits that come with being declared righteous by God because of our faith in Christ. We have peace with God, and we stand in His grace. We rejoice both in the hope of God's glory and in our temporary suffering. We have hope that will not disappoint, because God has already proved His love for us. Paul then compares the work of Adam in bringing sin and death into the world with the work of Christ in dying for sin in order to offer God's free gift of grace to all who believe.

🎯 In Romans 6, Paul answers the question of whether Christians should continue to sin. His answer is emphatic: we absolutely should not. First, when we came to God by faith in Jesus, we died to sin. We are not slaves to it any more. Second, what did living for sin ever get us? It led to shame and death. The righteousness given to us for free by God in Christ Jesus leads to becoming like Jesus and to eternal life. We should serve righteousness instead of sin.

So can't you see why every believer ought to live a life of gratitude to our Heavenly Father! Can't say it enough just how grateful we truly are Father! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!

As I was studying Ephesians 2 this morning, a Word from the Lord came to me: that I am to make a proclamation of His goodness, grace and kindness; in which He saved me from certain eternal destruction! I must live to serve Him, all the days of my life. I must be holy! In vivid detail, I take you on a journey through my darkened past life of sexual debauchery, rebellion and deception; a life unworthy of the Lord! That is why you will hear my tearful heartfelt gratitude, as I exemplify the goodness of God, who saved a wretched sinner like me! And this is why I now strive to live a life of holiness and righteousness, because I fully understand that Christ died for me, so that I will no longer be a slave to sin and be under the sentence of God's wrath! I have truly been born-again!

👉"BUT GOD".... are the two greatest words a sinner can ever hear! This speaks of His lovingkindness & mercy when we receive His Son as Lord and Savior!

With deep reverential gratitude in our hearts, we study Ephesians chapter 2, verses 1-5, tells us that we are made alive in Christ and how, "...you [He made alive when you] were [spiritually] dead and separated from Him because of your transgressions and sins, 2 in which you once walked. You were following the ways of this world [influenced by this present age], in accordance with the prince of the power of the air (Satan), the spirit who is now at work in the disobedient [the unbelieving, who fight against the purposes of God]. 3 Among these [unbelievers] we all once lived in the passions of our flesh [our behavior governed by the sinful self], indulging the desires of human nature [without the Holy Spirit] and [the impulses] of the [sinful] mind. We were, by nature, children [under the sentence] of [God’s] wrath, just like the rest [of mankind]. 👉4 But God, being [so very] rich in mercy, because of His great and wonderful love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were [spiritually] dead and separated from Him because of our sins, He made us [spiritually] alive together with Christ (for by His grace—His undeserved favor and mercy—you have been saved from God’s judgment)." Amen! Be holy! Live clean and sober lives in Christ! 🎯 REPENT and BELIEVE and TURN back to God!
