💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I exhort: Who is a disciple of Jesus Christ? A disciple is someone who believes in Him as their Lord and Savior, who intentionally learns from Him, and strives to live more like Him. Lord Jesus says in John 10:27, "The sheep that are My own hear My voice and listen to Me; I know them, and they follow Me." So how many of you can honestly raise your hand and say that you are a disciple (a student) of Jesus Christ? How many of you can honestly say that you listen, follow, and obey Christ Jesus consistently as one of His true sheep according to John 10:27? Or do you allow your "flesh (the sinful nature that is hostile to God and does not follow His commands) to continue to rule you as if you're still a slave to sin? The Bible says that following Jesus Christ means responding to His call to repent (to change your old sinful way of thinking, regret past sins, forsake sin, and turn to God) and believe the gospel. It also means understanding and obeying His teachings and following His example in living. In its totality, to truly follow Christ means He has become everything to you, for the goal of discipleship is to become like Jesus Himself! To truly understand discipleship you must love obedience and HATE SIN!

Christ Jesus calls for His disciples to come and follow Him: "After this, Jesus went out and saw a tax collector by the name of Levi sitting at his tax booth. "Follow me," Jesus said to him, and Levi got up, left everything and followed him" (Luke 5:27). He also says that the one who serves Him, must also follow Him: "Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me" (John 12:26). Amen!

The first condition of being a disciple is that we must love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mark 12:30). This means that our whole lives must be centered on him. We must love him more than anything else in the world.

The second condition of being a disciple is that we must love our neighbor as ourselves (Mark 12:31). This means that we must care for others as we would want them to care for us. We must put their needs above our own.

When we love God and others, we are fulfilling the two greatest commandments. And when we do this, we are living as disciples of Christ.

13 "So prepare your minds for action, be completely sober [in spirit—steadfast, self-disciplined, spiritually and morally alert], fix your hope completely on the grace [of God] that is coming to you when Jesus Christ is revealed. 14 [Live] as obedient children [of God]; do not be conformed to the evil desires which governed you in your ignorance [before you knew the requirements and transforming power of the good news regarding salvation]. 15 But like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves in all your conduct [be set apart from the world by your godly character and moral courage]; 16 because it is written, “You shall be holy (set apart), for I am holy.” Amen!

Listen, if you and I do not buffet this body and bring it into subjection, taking control over it and making it obey the Word of God, we all are going to perish in our willful, blatant, habitual, rebellious, reckless sin! All the while claiming the Name! Don't believe me? Let the Word of God convince you then:

Romans 8:13, "For if you are living according to the [impulses of the] flesh, you are going to die. But if [you are living] by the [power of the Holy] Spirit you are habitually putting to death the sinful deeds of the body, you will [really] live forever." Amen! See?

Do you not know that old flesh man ruled by sensuality, carnality and worldliness, wants nothing more than for you and I to return back to our vomit, playing on Satan's playground so that we repeatedly keep giving him access into our born-again lives!? We give that old serpent a foothold into our lives when we do not put the body/flesh man under subjection!

Listen to the writing of Paul over in 1 Cor. 9:24-27, because you see, Paul had a clue! He knew what time it was! It's wake up time my friend, listen to what he said about subjecting that old flesh:

24 "Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it. 25 And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown. 26 Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air. 27 But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become disqualified." Amen!! Listen, Paul did not want to become a castaway and be denied entrance to the Kingdom of God having preached the Good News to others, but that he himself won't get in! ...AND WE MUST FOLLOW SUIT - BEAT THAT BODY OF FLESH AND MAKE IT OBEY CHRIST!

Be not mistaken: The way we live, will most certainly determine where we will spend eternity! The very life you are living today, whether it be in Christ or in Satan, will cause your soul to either rejoice or be tormented when you are called out of your bodysuit! As born-again followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, we live as children of Light! We have been transformed by God’s power from being darkness to being light in the Lord. We are expected to let our behavior and actions reflect God’s goodness, righteousness, and truth in all areas of our lives!

We should never think or act the same. Our thinking and our behavior after our conversion should compare to our former “walk” as though it were night and day!

21 "Since you have heard about Jesus and have learned the truth that comes from him, 22 throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. 23 Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. 24 Put on your new nature, created to be like God—truly righteous and holy." We are living in terrible times, evil times, that have been prophesied in the Bible of what will take place right before the return of our Lord to punish the wicked and reward the righteous with eternal life!

The Bible makes it clear to us that those who are truly in Christ, do not make it a practice to go on sinning (1 John 3:6)! We walk in the newness of life, abandoning our old ways (Romans 6:4). The Lord Jesus Christ warns us, declares to us to take drastic measures so we don't fall into sin and end up in :

Matthew 5:29-30, "If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into . 30 And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into ." Amen!

We must stand down, stand firm, and trust our risen King, the Lord Jesus Christ, that Justice will prevail over unrighteousness! He has already told us what will happen and what the signs will be right before His return! Bible prophecy is unfolding right before our eyes! Be not deceived! Seek Him even more as we are in the last prophetic hour before the culmination of world history and the Day of Judgment! Be ready! Be obedient! Be faithful! Endure until the end!

👉🏾Matthew 24:13, "But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved."

💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I exhort: THE BIBLE SAYS (according to the Scriptures provided), IF YOU REMARRY WHEN YOU HAVE A LIVING COVENANT SPOUSE, YOU COMMIT ADULTERY! This will be a long podcast primarily for the fact that many of our professing brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, are living in everyday willful, blatant, deliberate sin called adultery caused by them remarrying when they have a living covenant spouse. They remain in darkness and have not received the light of Jesus Christ! These are they who refuse to repent and come out of their adulterous remarriages, all the while claiming that God has spoken to them personally; have forgiven them of this sin, and they can remain in it because God is just that merciful!

Be not deceived beloved! Sin will always be destable in the sight of holy God! When we do commit sin, we go to Him in sincere repentance and confess that sin; the Bible tells us in 1 John 1:9 that He is faithful and just to forgive us of our sin and cleanse us from all unrighteousness! We cannot be so deceived to think that when we confess sin and are forgiven, that we do not have to come out of it!

So join me on the podcast today as I recount my exchange with a "brethren" who commented on a video on my YouTube channel about divorce and remarriage: "Will I go to if I REMARRY?" (https://youtu.be/vRnqiBYKLHk?si=DbcPnwx7aJXYvh4s)! He, just like many in his position, are defending and justifying their adultery. In this particular instance, this man, as you will hear, is telling the Body of Christ that once God forgives you of adultery, you can stay in in your "new marriage!" Also, that the Bible is not necessary for spiritual maturity, but that it is the voice of God that completes us! However, be mindful that the Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 3:16-17 just how profitable the Bible is for us. This gentleman is making a case, or trying to at least, to move us from the written Word of God in lieu hearing God's voice! This is false doctrine. While God could speak audibly to people today, He speaks primarily through His written Word.

Let us never forget: no adulterer will inherit God's Kingdom!

NOPE!!! There is no pardon until we forsake our wicked ways! As there is no pardon until we forsake our wicked ways (Isa. 55:7), no blotting out of our sins until we repent and turn unto God (Acts 3:19), there is no entering into eternal life except by treading the only way that leads thereto, and that is the path of obedience.

The Bible teaches that one day God will judge the entire world!

2 Thessalonians 1:7 "...when the Lord Jesus appears... he will come with his mighty angels, 8 in flaming fire, bringing judgment on those who don't know God and on those who refuse to obey the Good News of our Lord Jesus."

From cover to cover, the consistent testimony of Scripture is that judgment is coming.

💥 The Great White Throne Judgment 💥 (Revelation 20:11–15). This Final Judgment of unbelievers for their sins occurs at the end of the Millennium, before the creation of the new heaven and earth. At this Judgment, unbelievers from all the ages are judged for their sins and consigned to the lake of fire.

GOD IS CALLING ALL PEOPLE EVERYWHERE TO REPENTANCE FOR HE HAS SET A DAY OF JUDGMENT! COME TO CHRIST JESUS BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!

💥 Join me today on the podcast (link below) as I exhort: To live a righteous life is to walk (the daily conduct of one’s life) with Christ! Jesus bore our sin on the cross and died to pay its penalty: “God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God” (2 Corinthians 5:21). Those who trust in Jesus are freed from the consequence of sin and from the power of sin to dictate their lives. Jesus took their sin upon Himself. Those who are born again through faith in Christ have righteous standing before God. Thanks to Christ’s suffering, we do not have to live in sin. Instead, we can live for righteousness.

When we place faith in Christ, the Holy Spirit indwells us and empowers us to live for righteousness (Acts 2:28). As we “walk in the Spirit” (Galatians 5:16, 25), He produces fruit in our lives that reflects His character. We are “filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God” (Philippians 1:9–11). God’s people are called and enabled to live for righteousness, which brings glory and praise to God. As Proverbs 15:9 says, “The LORD detests the way of the wicked, but he loves those who pursue righteousness.”

What makes Jesus’ yoke easy and His burden light is that in Jesus’ own active obedience (i.e., His perfect fulfillment of the Law of God), He carried the burden that we were meant to carry. His perfect obedience is applied (imputed) to us through faith, just as His righteousness was exchanged for our sin at the cross (2 Corinthians 5:21). Our obedience to Jesus then becomes our “spiritual worship” (Romans 12:1). Furthermore, we are indwelt by the Holy Spirit who works in our lives to mold us into the image of Christ, thereby making the yoke of Jesus easy and His burden light. The life lived by faith is a much lighter yoke and a much easier burden to carry than the heavy and burdensome yoke of self-righteousness under which some continually strive to make themselves acceptable to God through works!

Beloved, let us all be clear, we may be hard-pressed, perplexed, persecuted, or struck down on every side - but we are NEVER crushed, in despair, abandoned, and destroyed in our inner man! Depression is not part of our regenerated, born-again, renewed, transformed spirits!!

The Bible says we are not depressed people: 2 Corinthians 4:8-12

8 "We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; 9 persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. 10 We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. 11 For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that his life may also be revealed in our mortal body. 12 So then, death is at work in us, but life is at work in you."

DON'T BELIEVE THE LIES OF THE DEVIL WHO WHISPERS TO YOU THAT YOU ARE DEPRESSED! NO, YOU'RE NOT! What may be troubling you is willful sin and God is chastening and disciplining you and that doesn't make you feel good! Look over your life before you claim to be "depressed" to the point of considering removing yourself from the earth! Are you obeying James 4:7?

Are you obeying Philippians 4:8-9? What are you meditating on most days? Is it on Lord Jesus? Is it on eternal life? Or is it on your problems? Your cares? Your ups and downs? WHAT IS ON YOUR MIND MOST DAYS? Most likely your mind is on SELF!! Well, that's idolatry - YOU are at the center of your life rather than the Lord!

To keep from being "depressed," the Bible tells us succinctly what our minds should be kept on:

8 Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart]. 9 The things which you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things [in daily life], and the God [who is the source] of peace and well-being will be with you."

You keep giving the devil a foothold in your life, there will be no peace in your life. Just so we are clear:

THE DEVIL IS A LIAR!!

💥 A Word from the Lord: Lord Jesus is indeed coming! -And this world will not be ready for His return. (Saturday, April 20, 2024)

Thus saith the Lord:

They refuse to come out of darkness into My light. They want this world and the things of it rather than the saving of the soul that the gospel of Christ brings. Tell them daughter that this age is rapidly coming to an end and those who are not born again will be left for eternal damnation. What this world wants is comfort as they continue to commit gross sin. They have fashioned for themselves another god that condones sin and does not correct. They will perish. Tell them daughter that I AM coming and My judgment will be with Me. Those who have called on My Name, will be saved. Those who reject Me will be rejected by My Father who sent Me to die for the sins of the world. My message is not complicated nor is it to be maligned. My message to the world is repent and turn from your evil wicked ways and come to Me to be saved. My message is simple, rigorous, and demanding: You must pick up your cross and follow Me. You must deny yourselves and turn not your hand from the plow! The way to eternal life and to My Father's Kingdom is straight and narrow and few want to be on that path. Therefore, many will perish. Tell the people that I Jesus AM coming and if one is not prepared, they will not see the Kingdom of God nor will they enter it. Not long daughter, not long will my Father's Judgment will rain down on the earth He created. The earth that man in their sins destroyed. Often many fault Me for the ills of the world. They take no responsibility at all for their sins. It is their sins that have shaped humanity's cruelty toward one another. This is why we see gross neglect of our fellow man. But My Judgment will not be delayed, the ungodly and wicked will not go unpunished. Sinful humanity who rejects Me, will follow the way of Satan, the Beast and the False Prophet. Tell them daughter that I said, REPENT! Turn from your sins and come to Me. Thus saith the Lord.

Amen, thank You my Lord for Your Word today. May it be as according to Your Word! Glory be to God!
