We have determined to please self, no matter what God says. We have said in our heart, "I'm going to have my own way regardless of God's claims upon me." Do you realize that you have lived like this? Well we must repent! We must have a changing of our mindset where sin is concerned and where Jesus as our Lord and Savior is concerned! For Jesus told us that if we want to be His follower, His disciple, we must deny ourselves, pick up our cross and follow Him! Amen!

Our Father, tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God! As followers of Christ Jesus, we put away the sin! We don't participate in sin! We don't make excuses for sin! And, we don't condone sin! The problem is: the unrepentant sinner man/sinner woman and the lukewarm carnal Christian loooove this "world" and their apostate church leaders! These false churches water down the Gospel, leading masses of people astray with the false doctrine of "once they are saved, they are always saved," which by the way is a misnomer because we are not "saved!" We are "being saved!" We ain't safe yet until Jesus comes back! That is why He tells us in Matthew 24, that the man who endures until the end, that man shall be saved! These wolves in sheep's clothing, give weak sheep license to take God's grace for granted, as they trample over the blood of Jesus that sanctified them! They have no fear of the LORD and they actually think and believe that they can still be in sin, and go to Heaven! They need to repent and they need to wake up! We all need to wake up, 'cuz I keep telling you all, God ain't playing with that Lake of Fire! There is a clear distinction of who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are! Those who are in Christ, those who have his Holy Spirit dwelling in them, do not go on sinning! FACTS!

Whoever follows Me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life." So, the implication and expectation that if we ARE following Christ, then we will NOT walk in darkness! END OF STORY! When we meet the REAL Jesus, sin no longer holds its fatal attraction. We are going to have to WANT to not sin anymore! That means, we all have to GROW UP, STOP SINNING and walk in obedience! Jesus tells us all, "Go, and sin no more!" We cannot be in violation of this Scripture and expect for all to be well in our lives! SO THEN, STOP IT!

So today, I would like to present some shocking and startling statistics about divorce trends. Among all born again Christians, the divorce figure was 32%, which was statistically identical to the 33% figure among non-born again adults. We'll see that there are 19,353,568 divorces that takes place over the course of an average first marriage (which lasts approx. 8 years) that ends in divorce. What if these people are not born-again? Every 13 seconds, there is one divorce in America. That equates to 277 divorces per hour, 6,646 divorces per day, 46,523 divorces per week, and 2,419,196 divorces per year.

Here are the reasons given for modern-day divorces and their percentages:

👉🏾Lack of commitment 73%. 👉🏾Argue too much 56%.

👉🏾Infidelity 55%. 👉🏾Married too young 46%. 👉🏾Unrealistic expectations 45%. 👉🏾Lack of equality in the relationship 44%. 👉🏾Lack of preparation for marriage 41%. 👉🏾Domestic Violence or Abuse 25%. If you are in an adulterous remarriage, you must come out of it, for it is sin! And just like with any other sin, you must repent and turn from it and not go back to it! Let us NEVER forget what the Word of God tells us, "The unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God, do not be deceived!"

It is ADULTERY; it is sin my friend! In other words, MARRIAGE IS FOR LIFE, UNLESS YOUR SPOUSE DIES! If you are in a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc., adulterous remarriage, you must REPENT AND COME OUT OF IT! Jesus is saying you are committing adultery. Why? BECAUSE you are having with someone who is NOT your 1st covenant spouse. Not only that, but the person who married you, is also committing adultery. Why? BECAUSE they are having with someone else's spouse - YOU! The problem is that people are under the false impression that they can divorce for any reason and remarry, even if their 1st covenant spouse is still alive! But is this biblical? What does Jesus has to say about it? For starters, Jesus says in Matthew 10:37, "He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.” He also says in John 14:15, “If you love Me, keep My commandments." The teachings of Jesus are clear ON DIVORCE, REMARRY & ADULTERY as found in Matthew 19:9, "And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery." Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 7:10-11, "10 But for those who are married, I have a command that comes not from me, but from the Lord. A wife must not leave her husband. 11 But if she does leave him, let her 👉🏾remain single👈🏾 or else be 👉🏾reconciled to him.👈🏾 And the husband must not leave his wife." 

The apostate church has for so long misguided the people that you could divorce your spouse for adultery within the marriage, abandonment, physical abuse, drug abuse and for whatever else reason and remarry, and you will still be right in the sight of God! So today we are going to see how this is NOT the truth. Jesus and the Father are very clear, you are not to divorce your spouse, but if you do, and you remarry while he or she is still alive, you commit adultery! Let us never forget: no Adulterer will inherit the Kingdom of God! In short, justification means we are declared righteous in Christ Jesus, while sanctification means GROWING in righteousness as we are being led by the Spirit of Christ.

We are looking at Luke 13:24; Jesus commands us to: "Strive to enter by the narrow door [force yourselves through it], for many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able." (AMP)

Jesus compares the narrow gate in Matthew 7:13-14 to the “broad road” which leads to destruction () and says that, “many” will be on THAT road. By contrast, Jesus says that “small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a FEW find it.”

The exhortation to "strive to enter," is a command to repent and enter the gate and not to just stand and look at it, think about it, complain that it’s too small or too difficult or unjustly narrow. We are not to ask why others are not entering; we are not to make excuses or delay. We are not to be concerned with the number who will or will not enter. We are to strive forward and enter! Then we are to exhort others to "strive to enter" before it’s too late! AMEN!

GOD WILL PUNISH HIS ENEMIES WITH EVERLASTING DESTRUCTION! If you die in your sins, you will be eternally separated from God and from Jesus in everlasting fire with no relief, day or night, forever and ever in the Lake that burns with FIRE and BRIMSTONE! The Bible clearly teaches in Revelation 14:11 - "And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name." Friends, don't let anyone deceive you to believe that God will not punish the wicked with eternal fiery destruction "because He's sooo loooving! As you will see from today's exhortation, God will most assuredly deal with the wicked! How? 👉🏾"8 In flaming fire, inflicting vengeance on those who do not know God and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. 9 They will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might" (2 Thessalonians 1). Jesus tells us in Matthew 24:4, “Take heed that no one deceives you." Paul exhorts us in his epistles, "Do not to be deceived" (1 Corinthians 6:9) and in Colossians 2:8, "Don’t let anyone capture you with empty philosophies and high-sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the spiritual powers of this world, rather than from Christ." (NLT) - WE MUST ALL REPENT & TURN FROM SIN! Otherwise, we will go to , as we await the Final Judgment of Revelation 20!
