How is unity possible? A house divided against itself—because it has multiple rulers—is unable to stand. But if each of us drags self off the throne and re-coronates the rightful king through repentance, we can find unity. As we look intently into the mirror and face the spectre of our selfishness, we will recognize our desperate need for God and daily humble ourselves.
