Hi everyone!  I had every intention of getting a new episode out today, but life had other plans.  My little one got very sick this week so you know where my priorities went.  I'll be back next week with a new episode, but in the meantime enjoy this oldie but goodie about being the standard.  This inspiration never gets old.
