The Foundation of the state of Israel:
The Declaration of Israel:
Based upon and cites the UN Resolution 181 Partitioning Palestine by creating and recognizing three entities: two states and one Independent City: Palestine, Israel, The City of Jerusalem.
The Declaration of Israel says that UN Resolution 181 is irrevocable. If so then the original partition plan and recognition of the state of Palestine is also irrevocable. If Israel does not recognize the state of Palestine created in Resolution 181 then said resolution is revoked. There are no severability clauses in Resolution 181 allowing any entity party to it or formed therein to claim or honor part of it without claiming and honoring the entire UN resolution. Given that the Declaration of Israel says Resolution 181 recognizing the state of Israel is irrevocable, so too is the state of Palestine irrevocable.
Highlights in Declaration and ask why this is denied to the Palestinians.
Trump’s 20 Point Plan to stop the destruction of Gaza:
As Ron said in earlier shows, it is now Israel that is the aggressor who has commenced and sustained an unlawful war against the Gazan people and their property.
A lawful conqueror has no right or authority to harm those who did not participate in the unlawful act against the conqueror nor to take or destroy their property. They have long surpassed that threshold.
They have no right to take their land, or govern it, or become the main developers and investors in it.
Trump’s plan should create investment groups that insure the developers are not Synagogans or Israelis. Or the result is a Synagogan state with Arab workers. Read from Trump’s 20 point peace plan:
