Heather Bayer is an entrepreneur, real estate investor and vacation rental expert. She has bought and sold numerous properties in the UK and Canada. Her properties were initially purchased for residential rental purposes, however in the last 10 years, all the homes have earned significant income as vacation rentals. She regularly appears in the national and provincial media to talk about the growth in the vacation rental industry and more recently has partnered with an Orlando real estate agent to create the Real Estate Advanced Learning for Vacation Rentals course.  Heather is passionate about the future of the vacation rental market and sees it as a powerful income generator for investors and realtors alike.
