After years of working through big brokerages, Judy decided that the time had come for her to take the leap and start her own brokerage. As Judy mentions in our interview, most of her clients are online. She didn’t need a land line, a fax machine, or a receptionist. She was doing all of her marketing herself and had never really received many sales leads from her brokerages. She had no plans to recruit and so therefore saw no need for physical office. Judy says that thanks to the internet and today’s technology it was really not that hard to form her own virtual brokerage.
