Check out my interview with Shawn Rosler, of the Coarse Grind Podcast. If you are interested in what it takes to run a successful podcast, you don't want to miss this! #coursegrindpodcast #podcasting #interview Shawn Rosler is a husband, a father, and a nearly 20 year veteran of the e-learning and instructional design industry. If that weren't enough, he's the host/creator of a 5+ year/100+ episode culinary interview podcast, The Coarse Grind Podcast. What started as an early, hometown love of food both familiar and exotic, grew into a passion for developing food into more than sustenance - Into an experience for those gathered around the table to enjoy. Fast forward, this appreciation grew into teachable moments for his family, for those around him, and, finally as well as currently, for his audience. The Coarse Grind Podcast, or CGPC, seeks to put on display food as art, and artisan/chef as artist. These artists all too often exist behind the doors of the kitchen, never to be heard from/seen. Rosler's interviews seek to put them on display and share their narrative - Telling their story in a way like never before. At the end of it all, more than simply energy to live and something to pass the time, the mission of the show is to focus on food in three ways: Eat Food, Enjoy Food, Discuss Food.
