For our hundredth episode we talk about a particular incident where I dealt with workplace bullying.

On today's episode I give a story about a particular senior that I encountered where it was a horrendous customer service interaction. Little did I know that she was so far gone with what appear to be dementia that she had no recollection of any of our interactions by the next time I saw her again.

During this episode we are dressed how Paper Trails have evolved from physical paperwork into electronic paperwork. This is important for senior to understand because it is both cost-effective and moves much faster than snail mail. It also serves as a legal protection.

This episode is my youngest child Omar doing an impromptu segment. He felt as though it was easy to do a podcast after he washed me record a segment.
