Welcome back couple schoolers, this week we have a write in from a new Mum who is struggling to adjust to the demands of family life and being a parent.

Pregnancy and childbirth are much discussed events but the loneliness that can be experienced particularly during your child's early years isn't really discussed enough. The transition can be a difficult one for either or both parents as you adjust from a life of your interests and care being the primary focus to one where very often the demands realised can push you to the very back of the queue.  

During this episode Charmaine and Andrew get into the challenges new parents can face and offer some real gems of advice to help.
