In today’s episode, I talk about resetting our emotions and finding our way back to ourselves.
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. Stress, responsibilities, emotional triggers, or even past experiences can leave us feeling drained, disconnected, or out of balance. When that happens, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves and our inner calm.
In this episode, I share some of my own experiences and my personal journey of how I reset myself when I start to feel stressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally out of balance. I talk about some of the tools that help me regulate my emotions and calm my nervous system, such as taking time out, switching off my phone, exercising, going for a walk, practicing breathwork and meditation, and doing creative activities like baking, cooking, colouring, or even just listening to music.
These small but powerful practices can help us slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and bring our emotions back into balance.
So today’s conversation is really about learning how to recognise when we need to pause, reset our emotions, and gently find our way back to ourselves.
