Society has a way of making us feel ashamed about our grief. Many don't know how to respond to someone who is grieving. We are made to feel we should rush things along and "get back to normal", so everyone else around us can know how to act around us again.
Sharing more on my social platforms has really assisted me through my grieving process. Leading with my heart instead of my mind has shown me I truly can not control everything that happens to me. But, I can control how I respond to the world around me and what is happening to me.
