In this episode, Veronica a 34-year-old mental health adolescent counselor and linguist opens up on part of her mental health journey and what she experienced as an adolescent when she was diagnosed with bipolar at the age of 14 years. Today, she is out here to encourage the world through her book "HOPE AMIDST BIPOLAR" where she paints a thorough picture of her journey and encourages all other mentally ill patients that they are not alone and that anything is possible for as long as there is a connection to God and not minding the negative words that people say towards you as an individual.
