Salesforce's Jessa Jennings is the Vice President of Sales Performance Management for Commercial & Enterprise in North America. Throughout her more than 14-year career with Salesforce, she's held many titles including the first female regional vice president at Salesforce Canada. 

She joined Jody to talk about her early days at Salesforce as the only female seller in the room, how one pitch competition changed the entire trajectory of her career, and what it takes to sell tech in 2023.
