Josie is a chronic illness expert. She had chronic pain, 8 different autoimmune disorders, and alcoholism in her 20’s. After years of struggling with Western and alternative medicine, she found the missing piece that led her to fully heal from her chronic pain and all her conditions.
Josie is passionate about helping others with chronic illnesses heal and create fulfilling lives. She enjoys cooking, road trips, birdwatching, camping, and hiking in her beautiful home state of Colorado. She is thankful for the gift of her past health challenges and lives in gratitude.
