I am so excited to have a guest with me today, Ron Chowanetz and we are going to get into a great discussion on what Ron does as a Business Equipment Broker but also how he has been dealing with the current climate. We are also going to talk about resilience and why this is so important in business and life.
We are now in unprecedented times and as a small business owner we have to not only think outside the square but we have to navigate changes that no one has ever experienced. Government support comes with criteria and you have to be able to navigate the Job keeper program and putting loans on hold for a short period and then how do you bounce back when you doors had to close.
Ron talks about the impact it had on him witnessing his clients go through a tremendously difficult time and make some decisions that impact their family, teams, suppliers, contractors. The snowball effect of Covid-19 will never be forgotten.
I hope you enjoy listening.
PS: we had some technical glitches so I apologise for a little static throughout this episode.
