There's a lot of ways to develop resilient kids. I believe one of the best ways is to enrol them in a CrossFit Kids program.

They learn more than just physical skills. They foster social connections, learn how to fail, develop confidence, etc.

Many things they learn will carry over into their lives outside of the gym.
