The title of this show was hard to come up with, because we talked about so much. Breaking the norms, parenthood, plant-based medicines, creating deeper connections with those around us.

I really enjoyed the part when we talked about the energetic shift that happens at the moment of childbirth and how scary it can all be.

This show is meant for expecting or new parents who want to hear a different perspective, outside of traditional medicine.

It's the most raw episode yet.
