 We are not born with confidence. It's something that we develop over time. And, like any other skill, confidence takes practice.

There are many things you can do to build confidence:

-Practice consistency.

-Set realistic expectations.

-Celebrate wins and journal your progress.

-Get off social media.

-Focus on what you can control, including your words.

-Improve your fitness.

Building confidence is a journey. It's not something that happens overnight. But, if you're willing to put in the work, you can absolutely develop this skill and improve your resiliency.
