Always Fighting | How to tackle life's wins and losses

In this episode, I speak with Sharmane barrett, a self-proclimed "Jack of All Trades": a person who can do passable work at various tasks : a handy versatile person. She speaks about her experiences throughout her stages of life as a young person experiencing bullying, a lack of connection to her culture, and her journey to use these experiences to find her purpose. Sharmane uses her resilience to educate children about their culture through her nonfiction books for kids called "Our World My Roots Books📚" and she embodies her strength as woman in her life as an Amateur boxer.
