Negativity is such an easy thing to get caught up in, especially if you have many people in your life that engage in that type of mindset. Which is why I'm giving you 6 tips on how to not get caught up in the web of negativity, which is just a black hole.
Show Notes:
I live in this mindset that I need to stand up for what is right & correct based on societal rules & what has been agreed upon as a world that it gets me in trouble sometimes. I’m high on justice & want people to follow the rules. And I don’t think these ideals are terrible, but it’s when I try to tell someone that they didn’t make the right choice where things get tough.
And I don’t do it rudely or even all the time, but maybe more than I should. But I’d say most of the time, this doesn’t really bother anyone else because I’m saying it respectively. It does, however, bother people that like to deal in negativity.
I wouldn’t say my life is full of toxic people (something we should all evaluate in our lives on the regular) but there are some that are toxic in the sense that negativity is their main vibe. And I believe that I am in those people’s lives for a reason, but it can become extremely difficult to keep being a light in their lives when it’s the same attitude all the time. No change.
And you can’t convince or make someone change if they don’t want to or aren’t ready to, so the only thing to do is find a way to not get caught in their web of negativity.
That’s why today I wanted to chat with you about what we should do instead of giving in to someone else’s negativity:
There will be times you need to end relationships with people for your own personal health. And that is perfectly fine. Don’t let anyone tell you different.
