According to US data, 75% of people make some form of resolution about a behavior they'd like to drop, change, or adopt in January. By February 80% have given up and at the end of the day only 8% of people go through with their resolutions.
GOOD NEWS! It's not your fault. Our brains HATE change and making behavior modifications - even if they're good for us - is much harder than we think.
