Resolutions and PTSD... What's the Connection?

You’re on the downhill half of January, and the resolutions are starting to fade. What do you do to keep them going? We start looking for self-hypnosis programs. You can play them at night so you can get fortification when you’re sleeping.
Not only can hypnosis build healthy new habits, but it can help explore the causes and help relieve the symptoms of syndromes that are causing us harm. In some it’s not even necessary to know because it’s just necessary to relieve the symptoms.
There’s quite a debate about whether it is PTSD or just PTS, but either way, it is important to find a nonstressful way to lead to symptoms that come about from having experienced a major stressful event.
