Nearing the end of Paul's letter to Titus, we come to a reminder of the heart of the Gospel — not just what we have been saved from, but also what we have been saved for. (Titus 3:3-8)

The grace of God is not merely a concept to which we give intellectual assent. The grace of God is a person with whom we have a relationship — Jesus. (Titus 2:11-15)

In Titus 2:1-10, Paul very specifically outlines the behavior expected from men and women, both young and old. Not only do we have explicit expectations for ourselves, we also know what we should expect from our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Paul instructed Titus on how to navigate false teaching, sorting out truth from lie. In today's day and age, with an American church that is tempted to sacrifice truth for relevance, we see how Paul's words are just as useful here and now. (Titus 1:10-16)

While Paul outlines the qualifications required of overseers of the church, these qualifications aren't just limited to church leaders. All believers, by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, are empowered to exemplify these characteristics. (Titus 1:5-9)

In the first week of a new series in Titus, Paul sets the stage for this epistle with a founding principle — a Godly life can only result if we have a working knowledge of God's Word (Titus 1:1-4).

In our final week of the One: Dating and Marriage series, we navigate the topic of sex as God created it to be.
