He mentioned using AI for generating thumbnails and encouraged users to always proofread their content before publishing. Craig demonstrated how to upload a podcast episode to Spotify from YouTube. He explained that his audio podcast originates from YouTube, but he encourages viewers to go to his Youtube page if they want to see the video. He also mentioned that Spotify extracts audio from video files and prefers audio files. Despite the challenges of managing a squirmy one-year-old, he found fulfillment in sharing these experiences with his family.Craig shared his experience with crossfit, a form of high-intensity interval training he started four years ago. Despite not being in the best shape in his early forties, he found that crossfit helped improve his overall strength and conditioning. He also mentioned that it helped him with mobility and handling his young children. Craig encouraged those in their late thirties or forties with young kids to consider crossfit as a way to maintain fitness. The video was flooded with comments about people angry at lawyers and blaming them for why we can't have the old dangerous stuff anymore.

Craig discusses the inability to escape fights and conspiracies about COVID, the virus, the lockdowns, masking, the vaccine, and even tests of the national warning system. COVID, the vaccine, and covid policy continues to be a very divisive and emotional topic for a lot of people, and something Craig tries hard to steer away from, but somehow it manages to find him anyway. Craig shares his own personal views--right, wrong, or indifferent--to COVID and the vaccine and people that continue to fight with him about it.

Craig discusses a project that's been on his heart and mind for some time, and the need continues to grow. Many people are affected by bad outcomes in the healthcare system. Sometimes it's because of medical negligence and sometimes it's just bad luck. And sometimes it's a little bit of both, and the legal system makes it very difficult and expensive to bring these cases, so many people who have medical malpractice claims can't find lawyers to take their cases. The Better Healthcare Project is designed to hear the stories people have, to help people find lawyers, and to help the healthcare system learn from the unfortunate circumstances of others.

It has taken many years and sacrifices to get to the life Craig has now with is work and family and lifestyle. More quality time with family, especially his young children, is a key victory, and a satellite office near his home has been many years in the making, and a wonderful addition to Craig's lifestyle. But there's this one area of stress that he continues to battle, and discusses that in this episode.
