In these two verses, the Apostle Paul is specifically concerned with the relationship between the church's members and the leaders entrusted with their care. The relationship between the flock and pastors can be complex and complicated, especially in today's context with contemporary challenges and expectations. But thanks be to God that we have clear apostolic instruction on this very subject.
