Hello everyone welcome to Afritunes week 188 I'm respect01 and for this week entry I'm singing a cover of taimako nakira by KAKAKI CROSSHEART.
Taimako nakira is a hausa song which means my helper I call. I call on the name of the Lord because he is my lover and my friend in him I put my trust.
I choose this song because if I am in trouble if I am in a difficult situation there is no one I can run to but once I called the name of the Lord my God he always answer me. anytime I am in need when I look up to the hills and I look up to the sea there is no one I can run to except my help (Jesus).
This song has really been a help to me it gives me the knowledge and the understanding that word I just need to do in order that my prayers and the attention of God come to me is just to put faith and trust in God and he we take over everything and grant all my needs and hearts desire. the word of the Lord says in the book of proverb 3: 5 and 6
Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding.
In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.
So when we trust in the Lord he shall surely come through for us.
And God also said that when we draw close to him he will also draw close to us so whenever I'm in need of anything I call the name of the Lord I draw near to him and he hears my call.
