If you were to look back 10, 20, 30 years from now and write a story about your life, what would it look like? I'm sure it would be full of high highs, and low lows, happiness, tears, laughter...the list goes on. And I'm sure you would look back in fondness and not regret a thing because each part of that story made you exactly who you are. Now the question is, can you learn to embrace this journey as it's happening to you instead of once you've reached the destination?
In this episode, I get deep as we chat about learning to accept and embrace the highs and lows that come with working towards our goals and dreams. Being able to learn from the lows and celebrate the highs keeps us humble and grounded as we get to where we want to be.
