Erik Mercier (he/they) is the co-owner of Juice, a wine-importing company focused on small farmers who use regenerative agriculture and who forgo adjuncts and heavy-handed manipulations in the winery. Erik has been in the wine industry for over a decade, completing his WSET Diploma at 25, and participating in nearly every facette, from wine list curation at both the retail and restaurant level, conducting hundreds of private and public tastings, and making wine on four different continents. 

Jenna Eisenkrein is the Kolya Spa Manager and has been in the aesthetics industry for over 14 years, and holds over 50 certifications in various industries of aesthetics. 

While she holds credentials in several aesthetic disciplines, including medical, she has a passion for natural aesthetics due to her love of ancient history. The historical use of herbs, clays and minerals to heal the skin and body has always intrigued her, and it was what drew her to the Kolya Spa!

When she's not working or geeking out on natural history, she can be found beating her partner in board games, walking her dog or at an antique sale hunting down her next tea set . 

If you were to look back 10, 20, 30 years from now and write a story about your life, what would it look like? I'm sure it would be full of high highs, and low lows, happiness, tears, laughter...the list goes on. And I'm sure you would look back in fondness and not regret a thing because each part of that story made you exactly who you are.
