You'll hear my conversation with the formerly incarcerated Bernard Noble, hip hop pioneer Fab 5 Freddy. Their partnership with Curaleaf created a social enterprise called B Noble that uses the sale of legal cannabis to begin righting the wrongs done during cannabis prohibition. Following my conversation with Bernard and Fab, I sat down with the Executive Director of the Last Prisoner Project, Sarah Gersten to help bring context to War on Drugs and its impact, and the importance of the work Bernard and Fab are doing within the legalized cannabis industry.

We began exploring the B Impact assessment in March of 2020 and with the help of these students submitted our assessment on April 30, 2021. We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we've enjoyed being part of the UNH B Impact Clinic.

We started Responsibly Different™ in 2020 as a way to document Campfire Consulting’s journey toward B Corp certification and explore how business could be used as a force for good. Since…
Our latest series, Responsibly Human, explores what happens as more of the world becomes measured, modeled, and automated.
Hosted by Chris Marine, founder and CEO of Campfire Consulting, an independent media strategy, planning, buying, and measurement agency, the series brings together researchers, technologists, marketers, creators, and leaders to explore what actually moves people, earns trust, shapes behavior, and makes something feel made for us instead of simply delivered at scale.
From media and advertising to culture, business, AI, and decision-making, each conversation asks a simple question: what does technology still miss?
Responsibly Human is part of Campfire’s broader work helping brands think more intentionally about media, attention, trust, and the impact of where they invest.
