Rest Challenge Week 2

Join Coaches Tara Ewald and Rebecca Faust each week as they initiate and then be-with-you-in a monthly "challenge" around well-being. (Challenge in quotes because while we want to stretch you, this is not like 75Hard, this is more like a monthly commitment for yourself.) 
The first episode of each month will set the intention for the up-coming "challenge". During each of the other weeks the two will connect to talk about how the challenge is going, what's coming up and even interview folks: like you our participants or experts on the challenge topic.
