Jesus gave an invitation in Matthew's gospel:

“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

That invitation still stands for us today. On this week's podcast, we get glimpse of some people in the New Testament and how Jesus taught them to rest even when they were disappointed in life, even when their circumstances overwhelmed them, and even when they were distracted and flustered.
