Rest in 2022 

Sometimes you need to take a rest.

This week I decided to introduce something new to you. It's what I like to call rest week.  This week is a reminder that sometimes we need to stop and smell the roses!  

I have been giving out a boatload of information every week and in order to implement change, we need time to take that in. 

So you get to take this week off and we will jump into it feet first next week.
