HOLY MOLY these past 2 weeks have been CRAZY!    

I started a new job and had a million things happening at once - Isn't that the way it always happens though.  

I am learning to juggle it all, but I practice what I preach and make sure to keep my self-investment | self-care on point during that time because I know I can do more in the long run even if there are hiccups along the way.

Invest In Yourself 2022 | How To Invest In Myself Physically 2022  

It is already the middle of March, St. Patty's day is right around the corner. I can't believe it.     

We are continuing on with our self-investment | self-care series. We only have 4 shows left!  Today we focus on getting physical, health, and wellness and getting away from unrealistic and IMO toxic diet culture. 5 different tips you can use to start investing in yourself physically.
