The importance of rest and recovery is known but not followed by me. So on my recent week in Rio I rested and also learned some valuable truths via an encounter with Christ the Redeemer via helicopter. There are no coincidences.

I’ve lost over 250 pounds and changed my life radically many times over. I’ll be detailing my life as a child in a religious cult, growing up as a fat kid, losing weight, bariatric surgery, fitness hacks, meal and life planning strategies and real life, tough love cheering you on to achieving your goals and aspirations. I don’t pet. I am silly. I am fun. And I am simply ordinary. Which means I am qualified to convince other ordinary folks how to do the extraordinary.
