This week we are diving into REST DAYS and why REST shouldn't be considered a "four letter word".  [if you don't know what this means, google it! ;)]

So why do we need rest days, anyway?

In this episode I go over the top 5 reasons we need rest days, #1 being adequate recovery!

I also take you through my training split, signs of overtraining, and how to schedule a rest day.

Last but not least, I talk a little bit about why exercise shouldn't be used as a stress reliever - yikes!
