In this Freedom Camp Podcast episode, we’re talking about the kind of rest that changes how you live, not just how you sleep. Real rest is your nervous system’s ability to stand down, shift from bracing to trusting, and let God be God.

You’ll learn the four kinds of rest (physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional/soul), why you can be “still” and not actually be resting, and how the biblical idea of Selah mirrors a musical rest: a holy pause that keeps time and keeps your life aligned with God.

We end with a guided 90-second Selah pause you can practice immediately and a simple Sabbath framework you can use this week: Prepare, Protect, Practice.
